HOWE GREEN - RETURNS POLICY


We hope that you will be happy with your online purchase however should the situation arise where  you do need to return an access cover or accessory please follow our Returns Policy:-

If you would like to return an access cover or accessory you have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to notify Howe Green that you would like to make a return.

You will need to contact Howe Green by telephone on 01920 463 230 to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number.

Once a return has been authorised the Returns Authorisation Number will be emailed to the contact email given at the time the original order was placed.

The Returns Authorisation Number should be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging.

Returns should be shipped within 7 days of receiving the Returns Authorisation Number to:  Howe Green Ltd, Marsh Lane, Ware, Hertfordshire, SG12 9QQ.

Any access cover or accessory returned without a valid Returns Authorisation Number on the outside of the packaging will be refused.

In order to return an access cover or accessory it must be unused and in an undamaged condition, this inspection will be at our discretion and we may refuse a credit.

The customer is liable for the delivery cost of returning the access cover or accessory to Howe Green.

There is a re-stocking charge of 25% of the original value of the product on all returned items.

Howe Green does not accept responsibility for loss or damage of returned goods during transit.

Please note that specials/custom orders cannot be returned.
